Login Credentials Reset Link Error Page
If you attempted to reset your login credentials and the link you received led to an error page when clicked, the issue has now been resolved.
Assignment Notificatin Email - Incorrect Officials Name
This issue appears to be resolved as of Oct 13, 2026. If you encounter it again, please contact support and we’ll investigate immediately.
The updated assignment‑notification email may display another official’s name in parts of the message. The game list itself is correct for the official receiving the email — only the displayed name is wrong. This is a cosmetic issue and does not affect any assignment details.
We’re working on a fix and will have this corrected as soon as possible.
Automated Username/Password Reset
Now in effect (as of Oct 2/26)
The new automated recovery system now replaces the old manual process previously handled by the AssignAll admin.
When you click Forgot Username/Password, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your credentials.
If multiple officials share the same email address, your message will include separate reset links for each profile — choose the ones you want to update.
