The rest of the AssignAll webssite is temporarily down. We expect the rest of the site to be available soon.
Email Delivery Notice
Now in effect (as of Sept 24/26)
- Assignment emails sent to
hotmail.com, outlook.com, live.ca, and msn.com
addresses may not be arriving due to a temporary issue with Microsoft’s email services.
- If you use one of these email providers, please check AssignAll regularly to confirm your assignments.
- We are working to resolve the issue.
Now in effect (as of Sept 24/26)
- Login session length will be increased to eight hours.
- Assignment and reminder emails will have:
- Each assignment’s details—date, time, venue, league, division/category, position, and more—will now be included in the email body.
- Assignments across multiple leagues from the same assignor will now be combined into one email, rather than sent as separate league-specific messages.
- Emails can display in both HTML and plain‑text formats, improving reliability and supporting the new game‑detail listing feature.
